Physical Badge

Every attendee must carry a physical badge at all times for access to the exhibition halls.

Non-transferable Badge

The badge is strictly non-transferrable. Anyone that do so will get their badge revoked.

Aged 16 & Below

Entrance to the exhibition halls is restricted to attendees aged 16 and below.

No Shorts Allowed

Dress code for show entrance: Business attire with covered shoes

Covered Shoes Required

All shoes must be worn in accordance with the *Shoes Policy below.

No Outside Food Allowed

No outside food & beverages are allowed in the exhibition hall

Registration is compulsory for entry.

Agri Malaysia is strictly for Trade and Business Professionals related to the industry only.

  • For safety reasons, children under the age of 16 will not be permitted entry.
  • The organisers of Agri Malaysia strive to ensure that only qualified Trade and Business Professionals attend the exhibition to deliver a productive business environment for both visitors and exhibitors. We reserve the right to request further proof of eligibility prior to badge issue, and also to refuse entry if necessary.
  • Badges are non-transferable and visitors found to be facilitating this will be not eligible for entry into Agri Malaysia or future exhibitions.
  • If you have not received your visitor confirmation via email, kindly review your Junk folder. In certain instances, our visitor confirmation emails may be redirected to this folder due to your email settings or system firewalls.
  • Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else.
  • Anyone obtaining visitor or exhibitor badges by theft, deception or other illegal means may be asked to leave the event. Anyone attending the exhibition should carry some form of photo ID (passport, photo-ID driving license, national identity card) or other identification acceptable to the Organiser, which the Organiser may ask to see.
  • Anyone attending the exhibition must not take part in any canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations, objectionable behaviour or any activity which may disrupt the exhibition or conference.
  • No smoking is allowed in the exhibition halls.
  • No outside food & beverages are allowed in the exhibition hall
